 Megumi Kirby earned her B.A. in Integrative Biology from Harvard College in 2023. For her senior thesis, she collaborated with members of the Pan Lab to examine food-sharing behavior in wild bonobos, using data from the long-term Kokolopori research site. Megumi also has research experience in marine biology, with a focus on coral reef restoration. In 2024, she rejoined the Pan Lab as a Data Manager. Her research interests include reproductive biology and its impact on social behavior in both primates and marine ecosystems.
